INTERIM CEO
Sean has more than 20 years healthcare leadership experience primarily dedicated to rural communities in Alaska, Idaho, and Wyoming. While he currently calls central Idaho home, he grew up in Casper and loves serving in the great state of Wyoming.

Peter McCullough, MD
FAMILY MEDICINE/OB PHYSICIAN
Dr. Peter McCullough is completing his residency at Via Christi Family Medicine in Wichita, Kansas, with full-spectrum rural training and advanced obstetrical experience. A graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine’s Wyoming TRUST pathway, he has deep Wyoming roots and is proud to return to serve families in Riverton.

Parker is completing his Master of Healthcare Administration while supporting the planning and operations of the new hospital. A recent Wyoming transplant, he and his family are excited to call Riverton home and to build the future of local healthcare.
